Conditions for eligible Haydenshapes Crash Replacement
Crash replacement will be redeemable on a board that is damaged to the point it is unsurfable, or if repaired will not ride the same again ie major crease or break. Haydenshapes will have final say if your broken board is eligible for the crash replacement.
Proof of purchase must be provided from www.haydenshapes.com. Along with photos of the damaged board and signature showing board HS number.
General wear and tear is not covered
Surfboards must be no older than 6 months old from your original orders shipment date at www.haydenshapes.com
The replacement discount can only be used on full priced models at www.haydenshapes.com and redeemed within 14 days
The replacement discount must be used in one transaction
