Surfboard Exchanges
Purchased a board but it's just not quite right? Don't stress you have 14 days to swap over to the correct sizing.
A surfboard is quite an investment so we want to ensure you have the right one under your feet.
When you purchase a brand new, full priced surfboard, from us at www.haydenshapes.com you're eligible to exchange the board if it's the incorrect size for you.

It is the customers responsibility to return the surfboard to our Haydenshapes showroom where we will run through all of the options with you. Haydenshapes is not responsible for any freight charges or breakages incurred.
Exchanges are not available on factory seconds, discounted or custom HSSTUDIO orders.
Surfboard must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
Surfboard must be in near new, undamaged condition to be eligible. Any damage to the board will be the discretion of Haydenshapes.
Haydenshapes reserves to right to refuse the exchange if we deem the board to be damaged as we are unable to resell it.
A $100 AUD, $75 USD restocking fee is charged on all surfboard exchanges as we will be reselling the board as a second hand model.
Orders are only eligible to be exchanged once. We will run through the correct sizing with you on your first exchange to make sure we fit the right one to you.
You may only exchange between the same model.
