Model Overview
The Hypto Krypto is a balance of tradition and modern performance. Suited to the elite level surfer to the everyday surfer, it is often referred to as the ‘one board quiver’ for its versatility across all types of surf conditions – from small 1-3 ft beach breaks, to barrels of up to 8ft.
SKILL LEVEL - All Levels
The Hypto Krypto is suitable for all skill levels. For those who are experienced, surf it 1 - 2 inches shorter than your everyday shortboard. For those starting out order it 2 inches bigger than your everyday shortboard. If you're stepping down from a longboard or mini mal, order 6'2 and up.
CONDITIONS - ALL CONDITIONS
As it's an everyday model it's designed to catch more waves in a range of conditions. It will easily generate speed down the line at your local beach break and will hold up when the conditions present themselves.
SUITABLE WAVE FACES - FLAT TO DOUBLE OVERHEAD
Anything from beach breaks, reef to point breaks. The Hypto Krypto will work at any location.

I use the Hypto Krypto 95% of the days. It works perfectly well on waves from 2 to 4 feet. Super fast, easy to paddle and good turns. If you ever discontinue the production of the hypto krypto I would buy 10 of those surfboards to make sure I can surf this model all my life.

I found the Hypto Krypto to be an incredibly versatile board, featuring a flat rocker with some nose lift, a light V in the front, and a single to double concave that enhances performance in various wave conditions. Its ample volume at the front made paddling easy and effective, even in smaller, junky waves, while the narrow pin tail provided excellent responsiveness and maneuverability.

The Hypto Krypto’s hybrid outline caught me by surprise. Its wide nose and low rocker make it a great paddler, while the pulled-in tail offers a high-performance feel with excellent hold in the pocket. The smooth bottom contours and lower apex rail provide traction and control, even in hollow surf. Running it as a quad, it felt fast and loose, perfect for carving and pivoting. it was next-level fun, offering speed and responsiveness. It is a versatile one-board quiver for intermediates to experts
